Matthew Robins - Chief Executive
Webreality’s chief executive and lead business consultant, Matthew has over 15 years’ experience in marketing and communications management, including 9 years as Director of Marketing at Mourant where he was a client of Webreality. He is an expert in online marketing and is sought after by clients and other organisations for advice and opinion in this area. When not spending unhealthy amounts of time with his beloved Macbook, often researching wine, restaurants and food, Matthew often ponders which source of adrenaline will come next. Windsurfing, rock climbing, scuba diving and flying have all had their moment, and driving fast cars fast (where conditions and speed limits permit) persists as an all-consuming passion, but there's got to be something else out there...

David Barton - Managing Director
Dave is Webreality’s managing director. He is responsible for production and operations and is our front line man for all day to day client relationship management. The first ten years of his career were in retail management, first with Thresher in the UK, and more recently with CI Traders in Jersey and Guernsey. Dave's previous experience has equipped him superbly to manage a business that is, first and foremost, about customer service. And his deep knowledge of the retail world has positioned him uniquely in the Channel Islands web market to advise and support e-commerce clients. In 2009 Dave was very pleased to move with his family into a new home with a large garage. The cars are still outside, but Dave now has one of the most impressive 00 gauge model railways in Jersey, using rolling stock collected over many years. His son also gets to play with it sometimes.

Tom Witherington - Head of Development
Tom is a C#/SQL developer with eight years of commercial experience developing high-end web solutions. He is Microsoft Certified, and is the architect of Webreality's own website management system, reWrite. Tom's strong business analysis skills make him a huge asset when complex business processes need to be converted into web technology. And although he is a self-confessed
propeller head (he even studied rocket science at uni) he shines in business meetings where the only language spoken is English.

Mark Evans - Director (Online Marketing)
Mark is Jersey's leading specialist in search marketing. Before joining Webreality he ran his own businesses renting and selling fitness equipment. His online fitness equipment store was very successful, largely through Mark's own work on search engine optimisation and pay per click advertising. He joined Webreality in October 2007 to head up our new search marketing division, and has subsequently made a successful sale of his previous businesses. He is now engaged full time in advising clients on search marketing strategy and managing campaigns and programmes for clients. Mark makes Matthew and Giles's adrenaline habits look weedy. For Mark it's fast bikes and fast cars on race tracks at any opportunity, and hurling himself down mountains attached to boards and mountain bikes. He's insured.

Kat Ince - Usability Consultant
Kat is passionate about web usability. She’s an experienced information architect with London agency experience on substantial projects for clients including Land Rover, Motorola, Microsoft and Ford. Since joining Webreality in 2008 Kat has made a massive contribution to the usability and quality of our websites. When she's not designing amazing navigation structures, drawing wireframes or writing compelling web copy, Kat will probably be meditating, practising yoga or massage, or playing her cello in the quite brilliant
Lloyd Yates Band. On Fridays she turns into
Mariposa's Massage and comes highly recommended for anyone need an awesome therapeutic massage treatment.

Giles Olley - Head of Technical
As our head of technical Giles is responsible for our own technical infrastructure and knows everything there is to know about the hosting requirements for reWrite sites. He has 16 years of experience in various IT operations, management, support and project management roles, and previously ran his own web agency. He's now based at Webreality's Winchester office. Giles has a fascination with machines, and a particular affinity with motorbikes and planes. He's a hugely experienced private pilot, with many hours in particular recorded on the
Cirrus range. His claim to fame is that he once bought a very noisy motorbike from boxer and professional dandy Chris Eubank.

Liam Hennelly - Web Developer
Liam is Webreality’s CSS and HTML guru. He has been working in web development with Webreality for five years, having joined us directly from his IT course at Highlands College, and his specialisation is producing advanced web designs to
www.w3c.org standards. Liam is famed within the team for his extraordinary appetite for work and his brilliant reputation with clients, many of whom insist on asking for Liam whenever they call. So much so that Lindsey's had to learn to impersonate him for when he's not around. Liam has the sea in his blood. Whenever the weather's friendly enough, Liam will be out on his boat pulling his pots or dropping a few lines for bass and bream. Oddly, he doesn't like eating fish...

Nathan Lawrence - Trainee Web Technician
Nathan is the newest and most multi-talented member of Webreality's team. He joined us in October 2009 after graduating in Chemistry from Bath University. Nathan impressed Matthew at his interview by casually demonstrating a web content management system he'd built in his spare time at uni that he'd modestly considered unworthy of inclusion in his CV. He was wrong. He got the job. Now he's immersed in a very wide range of responsibilities, including website development, SEO and PPC, and infrastructure design and administration. On the quiet, Nathan is a thespian technologist, enjoying the planning and implementation of theatrical pyrotechnics for local productions.

Lindsey Millington - Office Administrator
Without Lindsey there is nothing! All small businesses need a Lindsey. Like Matthew and Mark, Lindsey was a client before she joined us. Today, she will normally be the first voice you hear when you call us, she'll make you a mean cappuccino if you visit, and she keeps the Webreality fruit basket groaning with goodness. She's also completely on top of our bookkeeping and contracts, an expert user of our software, and a fast-learning trainee HTML technician.
