Startling trend emerging in conversations with clients of late.
Everyone’s piling into social media, so suddenly clients have a Twitter account, a Facebook page, maybe a LinkedIn profile, and so on. In many cases they’ve created their social presence as an objective in its own right.
Weeks later, or maybe even just days later, they realise that their social presence needs to be “fed”.
Guess what? Even in the social media era, content is still king.
The greatest social media success stories have depended on great content, whether it be viral video, relevant and incisive research, compelling infographics or well-managed customer interactions.
