Webreality is a busy, thriving and growing digital agency, based in Jersey, but with a remote team in the UK. It’s a fun and rewarding place to work. We service over 175 clients, with multiple project teams working on website builds, digital marketing campaigns, social media strategies, content production and custom software development.
Building websites and web software is where Webreality started in 2000, and it remains absolutely at the core of our client relationships. We’ve been managing websites for many of our clients for over fifteen years. Due to continuing growth in demand from both existing and new clients, we’ve created a new home-working role for someone located in the Sussex/Surrey/Kent region with experience and broad-based skills in the implementation of Umbraco-based websites.
This role is wide-ranging, covering Umbraco implementations, API integrations, custom development, application design, and providing exceptional support to our clients, which is at the heart of Webreality's excellent reputation.
Your expertise
To be eligible for this role, you must have demonstrable experience in the implementation of complex websites with Umbraco. Ideally we’re looking for someone who has been commercially active as an Umbraco developer for at least two years on multiple projects.
You must already have exceptional skills in HTML and CSS, plus competence in Javascript/ES6+, and one or more front end Javascript frameworks. We'll need you to be capable of turning complex designs into immaculate responsive code from day one.

- Visual Studio and VS Code
- Git and Git flow
- Figma
- Razor/Blazor
- React and Angular
- Webpack and npm/NodeJS
- Windows Server
- SQL Server.
We'll also expect you to be able to demonstrate a real enthusiasm for and grasp of web technology generally.
