- Develop performance marketing strategies that balance creativity and data insight, using smart tools to enhance targeting, personalisation, and results.
- Analyse campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and create clear, engaging client reports using tools such as Google Analytics
- Work closely with the wider marketing team to share knowledge, collaborate on ideas, and strengthen our collective expertise
- Stay ahead of digital trends, particularly in AI marketing, automation and emerging advertising technologies, and share what you learn with the wider team.
What you’ll need
- At least 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally within an agency environment
- Proven ability to plan, deliver and optimise high performing campaigns across multiple platforms
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and email marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to improving performance
- Confidence in producing clear client reports, analysing results, and presenting positive insights, areas to improve and new opportunities.
- Enthusiasm for AI and emerging marketing technologies, and a genuine desire to keep learning and experimenting
- Experience using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to measure and report on success
- A good understanding of SEO and GEO/AEO principles and how they support wider digital strategies
- Experience with A/B testing, CRO and landing page optimisation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in presenting insights to clients
- Initiative, adaptability and confidence in a fast-paced environment
- A relevant qualification in marketing, digital marketing, or business is an advantage
- A positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and a good sense of humour even under pressure.
