New appointments
Webreality has carried real momentum through 2025, driven by business growth, new appointments and a clear vision for the future.
Reflecting our strategic investment in talent and innovation, we’ve created five new roles in the first half of this year, expanding both the breadth and depth of services and solutions for our clients.
The new appointments are:
- Pete Foster – Client Strategy Director
- Chris Mousdale – Head of Creative Services
- Sam MacKelden – Senior Client Manager
- Harrison Smith – Full Stack Software Engineer
- Ollie Chambers – Digital Marketing Executive
Human-powered technology
But growth is not only about people, it’s also about how we work with clients. Our services are evolving to reflect a world where businesses face growing opportunities and challenges of digital transformation, automation and AI. This evolution is about clarity, confidence and showing the value of something we call human-powered technology.
This means putting people at the centre of everything we do: our team, our clients and their customers. It means blending strategy and delivery, creativity and engineering, stability and support. And it means being a long-term partner you can rely on.
Our new brand
As our services and client solutions evolve, we’re laying the foundations for the future with a refreshed brand.
This has been shaped by listening to our clients, who describe Webreality as “part of our team, open, jargon-free and focused on results”. We’ve also spoken to and listened to our team, who describe our business as “fast-moving, supportive and fun.” The new brand captures those qualities, signalling clarity, confidence and ambition while staying true to the values that have defined Webreality since day one.
Discussing these exciting developments, Matthew Robins, our Chief Executive, said:
“Our recruiting success in 2025 has shown that the Webreality brand attracts the very best digital talent in Jersey. I’m very pleased to welcome three brilliant new faces in Sam, Harrison and Ollie, hold the door open for the return of our great friend, Chris Mousdale, and celebrate the appointment of the stellar Pete Foster to our board. We head into the future an even stronger team, energised by the opportunities of bringing new technologies to our fantastic clients.”
