A flexible solution

Les Ormes is a unique organisation. The resort is composed entirely of 5* accommodation, and is owned by a charitable foundation; all profits are donated to local charities. The product is complex too: self-catering accommodation for tourists, and also extensive activities for local residents.

With this varied product and unique objectives, off-the-shelf booking engines don’t provide the flexibility required. Our custom online booking system features bespoke dynamic pricing & enhanced user tracking.

Rather than trying to overcome the limitations of a third-party system, we designed and built a bespoke booking engine that 100% fulfilled Les Ormes’ - and their customers’ - requirements. This initial investment will be returned by increased booking revenue and reduced staff overheads.

Digital marketing campaigns drive traffic to the site, with a user experience optimised to convert visits into bookings.

Not all booking engines are created equal

Dynamic pricing for accommodation - flexible prices updated live based on demand - has significantly increased revenue. The client has complete control over the activity booking system, enabling them to set venue capacity and ticket pricing at the touch of a button.

With record-breaking revenue driven almost entirely through the booking engine, it’s a great return on investment.

We built our first website for Les Ormes in 2007, and it’s come a long way since then! It's now a sophisticated showcase of the resort’s facilities, evoking the experience of staying there. It provides a clear, intuitive user experience and tells a persuasive story about Les Ormes which is optimised to result in bookings.

The site UX and content is specifically designed to provide customers with all the information they need, reducing phone & email enquiries. This reduces admin overheads for Les Ormes, letting staff focus on delivering excellent service at the resort.
