Seymour Hotels is Jersey’s largest and longest-established hotel group, a family-run brand built on warm hospitality, excellent service and island charm. For over 18 years, we’ve helped them grow their bookings, optimise their tech and stay visible in a competitive travel market.

Our work spans strategy, design, development and marketing. We’ve rebuilt their websites from the ground up, launched custom tools to improve the booking experience, and delivered joined-up campaigns that drive results across every channel.

In 2024, we launched a suite of redesigned websites for Seymour Hotels and their properties: Greenhills, Pomme d'Or, Merton Hotel, Merton Suites, Merton Leisure Club & Aquadome and Watersplash.

Built on Umbraco and guided by insight from stakeholder workshops, the new sites:

  • Streamline booking journeys across hotels, restaurants and events
  • Surface relevant content quickly with clear UX and navigation
  • Reflect the personality of each property while reinforcing the Seymour brand

Our goal: reduce friction, improve efficiency and drive more direct sales.

To support this, we developed a custom booking web app that gives users a seamless experience across Seymour’s hotels, restaurants and leisure offerings.

The web app:

  • Connects with Synxis for hotel rooms and ResDiary for restaurant tables
  • Provides a unified interface for multi-property browsing and booking
  • Supports better conversion with a cohesive, mobile-friendly UX

By bridging third-party systems with smart front-end design, we make complex journeys feel effortless.

Alongside the platform, we manage Seymour’s always-on marketing programme. Our campaigns support:

  • Holiday bookings from UK and international audiences
  • Local restaurant traffic, events and staycations
  • Seasonal offers, promotions and hotel packages

We plan, create and manage:

  • Paid search and display campaigns
  • Meta, Instagram and YouTube ads
  • Email marketing and remarketing workflows
  • Campaign creative, copy and landing page design

Everything is tracked, optimised and reported on, with measurable results across brand awareness, engagement and bookings.
